These terms apply when you use the AE Parcels online store and buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Our products

AE Parcels are handmade 3D-printed collectible models. Because each one is printed by hand, small differences in color, texture and detail are normal and are not defects. Product photos show examples and your parcel may look slightly different.

Our parcels are decorative collectibles, not toys. They contain small parts and small magnets and are not suitable for children under 3. Please read the safety information on each product page.

Mystery parcels

Mystery parcels and mystery 4-packs contain one land parcel per item, with the rarity chosen at random using the odds shown on the product page. Every mystery parcel contains a real parcel. Because the contents are random, we cannot guarantee any specific rarity, and opened mystery parcels cannot be returned.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and replacements are covered by our Return and refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our store when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
