Every AE Parcel is 3D printed and packed by hand, so please allow a little time for us to get your order ready.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, not including holidays). During busy periods it may take a little longer.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- Standard shipping: $8.00, free on orders over $70. Usually arrives 3–5 business days after it ships.
- Express shipping: $15.00. Usually arrives 1–2 business days after it ships.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page on our store with your order number. If a parcel arrives broken, see our Return and refund policy for how to get a free replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
