Return and refund policy

Every AE Parcel is 3D printed by hand and packed with care. Because our parcels are collectibles and many are mystery items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, and opened mystery parcels cannot be returned or exchanged.

Broken in shipping

If your parcel arrives broken, we will send you a free replacement of the same parcel. To request one:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the broken parcel and its packaging.

You do not need to send the broken parcel back. If we cannot replace it, we will refund the price of that parcel instead.

Wrong item

If we sent you the wrong parcel (for example, a different rarity than the one you picked), contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct one at no cost.
